A throwback to a couple of very different however memorable away day moments.

Throwback to the stunned Birmingham City fan and one of the finest hours for England supporters.

On this day 15 years ago, England defeated Germany 5-1 in their own backyard, during the 2002 World Cup qualifying campaign. It was a day England fans will never forget and everybody remembers exactly which house or pub they were at.

Here’s a reminder of how it unfolded…

The iconic scoreboard memory…

england

Our second throwback is a bit different, however as equally entertaining. Here is the most ever stunned Birmingham City fan at St Andrew’s in February, when Gary Hooper scored twice for Sheffield Wednesday in 3 minutes.

Why do they put the home corporate box behind the away fans?
